Packaging and insurance
If unframed, prints are packed in cardboard tubes. If framed they are despatched in cartons. They are insured during transit to cover loss or damage. In the unlikely event that your print is lost or damaged in transit contact us immediately to arrange a replacement.

We recommend that you remove your print from its packaging as soon as you receive it, leave it unrolled if it arrived in a tube, face down on a clean, dry surface and flatten the edges with books until it lies flat on its own. Keep out of direct sunlight and refrain from touching the printed image with your hands. We supply a pair of white cotton gloves to wear whilst handling the print.
